I can understand that you are going through a tough phase and things have not been very smooth for quite some time.As I could understand from your situation, you are mostly facing difficulty in 3major areas: lack of motivation/laziness, financial crunch and sourness in your relationship.
As staying at home has made you lazy, thereby what you can try is- write down all activities you like or those used to give you happiness earlier, even if momentary, and then make a list. They can be as simple as watching a movie, calling an old friend, going for a run/walk, etc. Once you have the list, include one each in your daily routine. Once you start doing all these activities, it will work as a motivator. Then slowly you can divide tasks which are required to be done for this job, and start including them in that daily schedule as well. Alott a few for each day based on your ease. The pleasurable activities can work as a reward or reinforcer for you to do the piled up tasks as well.
For financial issues, you can find out in what all ways you can bring responsible changes in your lifestyle to save more. Find out which all are the other areas or ventures that can help you to earn some money, atleast for the time-being. You can try out things like taking tutions as well, if that suits you.
I totally understand that all these stressors have been affecting your mental and your relationship as well. This will require time and patience and a lot of effort as well to work on them. You can seek counselling support to deal with this issue. Feel free to connect with any of our experts on YourDost platform.
