I can understand what you might be feeling and what you might be going through! It is so difficult to deal with all this during the exams, BUT
BUT, YOU NEED TO REMEMBER YOUR CAPABILITIES!!!
You know, you can still be a topper! Remind yourself of your target in life!
Yes the emotions are important, and it is hard to overcome them, but can you afford to get less output because of them? Do come back to sort your emotions once the exams are over, but right now you should focus on studies and your goal in life!
Now the question arises as to how you can divert your mind from the emotions and focus on studies.
1) Well, you know we all have infinite inner power, and we can harness it by sheer determination.
If you will just push the negative, consciously aside, they would not survive, you know! You could take help by deep breathing exercises, guided meditations and even a hobby of yours to divert your thoughts.
JUST BE YOURSELF ... "THE STRONG & MIGHTY TOPPER"!
The meditation will also help you with sound sleeping pattern and headaches, and having the confidence in yourself will help you in concentrating again!
we need to prioritize things and conditions in life, so do that and come back to the emotions after you have dealt with the exams.
2) Share your feelings online with me either by audio or vdo call and we can discuss other measures too,
or you could also reach out to your parents/ teachers whomsoever you find to be understanding.
3) BELIEVE IN YOURSELF
