Sounds like you are having a difficult time with something! Thank you for voicing it out on this platform here.
Stress would usually be experienced when any event or situation requires us to meet certain demands or make some adjustments, and we do not feel like we have the resources to cope with it. This makes us feel overwhelmed and weighed down, and might affect out health and capacity to function as we normally do.
I wonder if this is something you are going through? I invite you to think about what the sources of your stress are? Looks like you are not sure of where it might be coming from?
It might help to pay attention to events through the day, how different situations make you feel, and what are some kinds of situations you specifically feel like avoiding or unable to engage with. This might be a start, to help identify what is causing you the stress?
Once you are able to identify that, you could try and address it better. Some ways in which you could manage your stress could be - finding ways to relax - either through relaxation techniques (like deep breathing exercises) or taking breaks - necessary breaks that help you cool off. Other ways include, consciously developing a positive mental attitude - what I mean by that is, to make a conscious note of things that are making you feel happy and positive, acknowledging them, and trying to do more of them or create more of that around you. And very importantly, talking to someone (a friend, family member, or counsellor) about what you are going through, even if you are not clear about it - just sharing your feelings, can be therapeutic. You are also welcome to connect with an expert on this platform for a session, to do so.
And please remember to be mindful of how you try and cope with your stress - whether your coping is healthy or unhealthy. Something that provides a temporary relief from your distress but may be harmful over the long run may not be very healthy.
This is something I am able to share based on what you have brought up. I am not aware of what you are really going through. Hope this gives you some direction.
