Keep watching your behaviour !... you can see yourself that where are you going wrong. If your heartbeat is increasing, close your eyes and imagine a garbage bag and you are throwing out your worries one by one and atlast your bag is empty and now you are going to fill the bag with plesant thoughts.. may be some of the past incidents which you would like to cherish, may be the chirplings of the birds outside your window or the long drive you took sometime back.
When you fill your mind with plesant and positive thoughts, you will be able to tide thru your worries.
Also, you should have a strong resolve to overcome the crisis - If there is a will there is a way. No one in this world is inferior - its our thoughts that make us inferior
