Please understand that we all have the resources within us to understand our situational problems and also the ability to resolve them. Most of our problems are simply due to the angle of our views and perception of whats happening. Please introspect and see if your problem is due to suppressed anger due to emotional neglect, emotional inhibition and emotional deprivation or lack of appreciation and love. You need to see yourself putting yourself into your parents shoes for awhile and understand their expectations and concerns about you and the future course of your life. They do not mean or intend any harm, but expect you to excel and succeed in your career and live a happy secure life. Nothing more than that. And when they see you falling short of the expectations and allowing them to make negative conclusions, concerned and worried, you have to look within yourself and convert all your pent up anger into expressions of gratitude. Let go of all perceived hurts and pains. Understand your duties and just go about doing what is your priority responsibly. Follow a strict regimen and schedule with a code of conduct. Fix the time for studies, shut the mobile and put it away. No disturbance. Whisper a small prayer which will also be an affirmation to instill your intentions. Tell yourself this is my duty, that "I cannot neglect it, I have a purpose in life, I have to do what I must do to progress in life, my present behaviour and mood is not contributing to my progress and instead, its stalling me, I am grateful to my parents, I must please them and make them happy, they deserve me, I must not fail them, I need to focus on priorities and not let negative emotions engulf and sabotage my life, I will tune into only the positive frequency of my emotions because that is where the energy is, I will change the frequency of my thoughts from now, freedom and fun are my rights and these will come to me anyway, this is just a passing phase, everything will come to pass and change for the better as long as I remain focused on my priorities and goals, and so on and on as it pleases you. Positive self talking is good for you. Take it up as a challenge to finish your studies and jump into a career, make your parents happy, they are your best friends. They only love you and whatever they expect from you emanates from that energy only. So dont pay any attention to all the clutter and noise inside and change the frequency of your vibrations in your favour. That is the best choice.
