Sorry to hear about your break-up.Hope you are on the road to recovery.
As there is not enough details regarding your relationship, earlier break-up and subsequent patch-up, only a few general tips could be suggested to help cope with a break-up, and to stay focused.
Try to have an open talk with your boyfriend to understand the reasons for his withdrawal yet again from the relationship. This will help you understand if your expectations are different from his, and if both of you share the same goals, priorities, and vision for your relationship. You would have a clearer picture of where you stand in the relationship now. This could also give you an opportunity at closure, if mutually you'll decide to end the relationship. You could practise introspection on a regular basis, not only for a better understanding of your relationship, but also to get to know the real you, better. Once you have a better understanding of yourself, it will help you in coping with different situations/circumstances in life, thus help you to focus on areas that need to be addressed on priority basis.
Writing down your feelings on paper will help, if you are unable to talk it all out. Find a trusted friend to discuss your situation, you may receive some good advice there.
