Dear friend you are going to be under observation and professional treatment and i wish you come out of this . I would like to tell you this much that our thoughts are not real or true , nor are there any scientific or factual evidence that they are real , they dont define us, or mean anything at all ,they just pop in like an uninvited disgusting guest . You know confucious the chinese philosopher said ,keep all your doors open ,let the thoughts come as they like and go ,dont offer them any tea. The moment you look at the thoughts as real and having some meaning,you are stuck . The buddhist practice mindfulness to over come the onslaught of thoughts, the just witness them without giving any importance,or meaning to it ,and focus the attention on the breathing ,slow down the breathing to about 10 in/out or below as possible ,stay with the breath ,let the thought pass away like a cloud,or smoke ,dont connect ,relate,or be influences ,they are not real ,factual or true , . why let something that is not real effect your very being. This is just to cheer you up ,there is a way out ,the guys will help you.DONT despair or get afraid ,just watch ,watch watch the thoughts no matter how dreadful , just go by, dont offer any tea.
