I would like you to offer you a situation where someone asks you the same question. How would YOU respond? How would you rather respond knowing well that you could possibly avert tragedy considering the person values your judgment?
These are a few things that came into my mind as I read your message. And perhaps you could try and answer that for us.
We have spoken briefly in the past and you did tell me about your illness and how terribly crippling it is. I am wondering what made you to stop trying to work around it? I am by no means a medical expert or someone who has experience with people suffering from your condition. So it honestly diminishes my understanding of the real pain you might be going through especially because of it. I am sorry about that.
Have you thought of looking up a community forum or an online support group with members having similar conditions? Wouldn't you be curious to know how they have been handling it despite how tough it is? Could there be a possibility of them having found a smart way to overcome to a larger extent? Would you be able to find others who have walked through the same road as you have and still kicking it? Why don't you reach out to them to ask your questions and they would possibly be the best source for these answers.
You can also check out- https://ordindia.org/ and email them at firstname.lastname@example.org. You could also try asking them about provisions for government aided insurance or any financial aid to cover your medical costs and meet ends to an extent. There is also this- http://www.unhcr.org/4ec3c78c6.pdf you can have a look at for more options.
I hope that you give this a thought. You have endured so much and already come this far ahead.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
