Is your work place too demanding with short deadlines. We get very drained and out of energy when we exert ourselves in work places like this. Not all companies/managers are like that. Please take some time off and take frequent breaks from work till you find a little better work environment.
Write down what your goal is and what's that you donot like every day and have a plan to change that. As I write this, even I am thinking and going to do that. What's my goal? Is it to have a career growth or more money/salary or better work life balance and accordingly look for job that satisfies these conditions. One job change didnot help, but there are many other job opportunities out there and nothing should stop us in trying.
Please donot be upset about what others think of you. You get to decide what gives you happiness and what does not give you happiness. Once you figure out what's bothering you(which I think you have already figured it out here), work on changing that. people/friends/relatives and family will get back to you as before.
