I am PhD scholar.I used to love research a lot.But currently feeling demotivated and not liking things at all.My research work is interesting but I am not enjoying anything in life leading to less concentration.
That's the time to take a break and enjoy some nature. go for a trip or even give yourself two to three days to nourish yourself with what you like to do and then come back to your research work. Tell me if it makes a difference.
