Thank you for writing here to share.
Sounds like a really hard time you are having with anxiety!
On one hand it is nice to know that you are trying to find ways to manage it, such as with therapy, however, it is sad to know that your difficulties seem to largely continue despite.
You have mentioned your job as one of the areas where anxiety seems to be affecting you. I am wondering how you are doing in the other areas of your life? The reason I ask this is to convey something...
From the little you have shared, I see how anxiety (and PTSD.. and these coming together) seems to occupy and affect so much of your experience. I am wondering here, since how long it has been so, and all this while, if you are able to see the parts of you that are not connected to anxiety. To be clearer, I mean to say, you are much more than your anxiety and I wonder if you are able to see the other parts of your identity as well, to talk about them, experience them, and cherish the peasant ones as well.
If it is so, then I am glad. You could use these strengths from within you to work on managing the part of you that struggles with anxiety. However, if it is that you are unable to see things about yourself apart from your struggle with anxiety, then maybe you could try finding the other parts and connecting with them again?
You could get in touch with an expert on the platform for sessions, for channelized attention and work towards your journey with managing anxiety. It is only a part of your experience of life (not to minimize how difficult it is for you), but to convey that as a "part" of your life experience and not "the whole" of it, you can certainly try and find ways through it.
Wishing you well,
