Dear karthik most of our problems are self created and emanate from the depths of your core beliefs and core fears (false evidence appearing real). But please understand that if you continue with this abnormal anxiety,constant worry and excessive self diagnosis, it would lead you further to have constant anxiety. Your obsessive predominant thoughts ,emotions and feelings can translate and manifest in your body as a physical ailment. You will also be creating unwholesome chemistry in your body by your obsession with heart problems, you will tend to be hyper-vigilant and get worked up with the feeling of slightest discomfort and magnify it out of proportion and invite all sorts of unwanted thoughts.
Why dont you sit down and do some self-evaluation ,disprove the anxiety ,challenge it. Are your fears real or true ? Are they happening in reality? Where is the evidence? Why only one way interpretations of any bodily feelings? talk to yourself and oppose the fears.

Practice emotional freedom technique ,go to www.thetappingsolution .com or google ,u-tube and see demo of how to do EFT and then practice this for your fears ,this will quieten your limbic system ,which will stop sending you flight or fight signals ,when triggered by the fears.
Also try repeating positive affirmations that is positive words like my health is in good hands, am fit as a fiddle ,i have a very healthy heart, i can feel it in every part of my body , am fine ,etc and then visualise feeling good. Please note mere words will not get results ,they must be accompanied with the right feelings repeat this as often as possible .
Learn to relax ,go to u-tube and ask for self-hypnosis for relaxing and when you are relaxed, repeat some positive words and visualise the feeling. This will change the writing on the wall in your sub conscious mind . When you hit the sack, sit on your bed to bed,flex your hands,legs,thighs,stomach, face ,the whole body, hold tight for count of 5 ,release slowly. Do it 3 times. This will relax the body and may help you fall asleep. Just when you are about to sleep,repeat the positive words ,like the serendipity prayer ,day by day i am getting better and better, all things are changing in my favour ,and iam already feeling fine. REPEAT at least 21 times and fall asleep. Exercise daily ,stretch ,bend, twist the waist , and breath into the tummy this will ventilate you better. Your breath is your best friend, learn to focus on the breath each time the triggers of you fears surface. Breath in for a count 4 ,hold for 7, exhale for 8 and do it as often as possible. Your thoughts are not real , just witness them- they dont define you or mean anything. Challenge them, replace them ,dilute them ,laugh at them,displace them , your thoughts will overwhelm you only if you give them your attention. Deny it ,defy it ,wrap a rubber band on the wrist and each time the fears emerge, give a twang on the wrist and say stop and imagine a big traffic stop sign and hold onto it. Hope these will help you to help yourself. Your persistent obsessive and predominant thoughts and feelings could actually manifest in reality as your subconscious mind is like a waiter, It simply gives you what you order. CHANGE your thoughts immediately to feel only positive and change your life.
