First thing is try and practice meditation every day. It is really helpful. And secondly do some exercise that makes you sweat for atleast 30 minutes every day. It can be dancing or anything whatever you like. Engage yourself in some hobby and try and do whatever you like with full awareness and consciousness. When you are doing something do it with all your heart and soul and be fully aware of how it is making you feel. Like even when you cook or take a bath be fully engrossed in it and focus on how good it is making you feel. And be thankful for everything you have got. Just try and practice these for sometime. You won't get the results in 1-2 days but slowly you'll start to be less stressful. And if you practice it sincerely then you'll get better results. And after this you may also be able to devise and develop your own ways of de-stressing yourself and know what works best for you.
