Often concentration can be lost when our mind is preoccupied with thoughts, it is important to identify it is our thoughts that might be preventing us from doing things we enjoy or even studying for that matter. Try to identify what you think in these times and discuss with any of the experts on the platform. You can start by understanding the cause of it and working on ways to overcome the same. I can understand that things seem difficult now but with a little bit of strength and guidance they can certainly get better.
