Identifying the signs and taking them seriously is the best and the most important step towards its prevention. Most people do not verbalize it but need help. <\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<h2 style=\"clear: both;\"><strong>Here are certain signs that can help identify suicidal tendencies:<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3 style=\"clear: both;\"><strong>1. Talking about suicide:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sentences like <strong>\u201cI am a waste on this earth, I shouldn\u2019t have been born\u201d, \u00a0\u201cI am a burden on my parents\u201d, \u201cI should die\u201d, \u201cI shouldn\u2019t be living\u201d<\/strong> are common suicidal talks that should be taken seriously. Self-destructive behavior:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>One of the most observable hints is the self-destructive behavior. These could be previous attempts to suicide. It can range from cutting, burning oneself or any other form of self-harm.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\">\n<h3><strong>5. Sudden calmness in behavior:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\">\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A sudden behavior change, one that leads to withdrawal and isolation can be a sign of suicide.
