Why? Well, it is hard to point a finger at one particular reason. However, lack of information\/education, might be one of the top reasons why we tend to discard our own mental illnesses\/issues and others\u2019 as well. We somehow believe that Mental illness isn\u2019t serious, and we should \u201cMAN-UP\u201d and face challenges in life, and not be a WUSS about it.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>This isn\u2019t a kind thing to say, is it? When there are ways to better understand our issues, work on them with professional assistance, and become better beings, then why not utilise it? Here are the usual BS reasons people throw about, when it comes to mental illness.
