The zeal comes from within.&#8221; <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">They aren&#8217;t wrong. <\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proximity made it easier for folks to catch up. With everything now being a calendar invite, informal catch-ups get ruled out considering the importance\/priority. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The iconic tea-break conversations have stopped. Nobody is running into a peer from another department on their way to the cafeteria.
